Process Vessels & Pressure Systems
We supply process & mechanical design, and certified fabrication services for the production of Jacketed Vessels, Process Tanks, Immersion Coils, Calandria and Heat Exchangers, with coded construction to PD 5500, ASME VIII Div.1, EN286 (part 1), Lloyds Class 2/2 & 3 and Bureau Veritas.
Process Plant & Process Design
Dove Thermal is a peer group of engineers & millwrights undertaking design & construction work. We supplement client resources to assure successful completion of stand-alone or integrated corporate developments. Our people have worked together as a firmly-established team on projects throughout the U.K. and Europe. We build Manufacturing and Services Plant, also providing installation and relocation resources.
Pipework & Pipe Stress Analysis
Dove Thermal supplies turn-key pipework schemes for process and service facilities, providing certificated installations in all steel and non-ferrous grades, and in proprietary plastics systems. We undertake stress analysis for new installations, and the repair or extension of existing runs.
Works Engineering
Works Engineering is a broad church, and this section reflects the diversity of projects undertaken and applications served. They include the design and installation of cooling towers and site cooling services, water treatment and separation plant, boilerhouses and plantrooms.
Ductwork & Ventilation
We build & install ducted systems for air conditioning, ventilation, fume extraction and dust control.
Sound limiting doors and structures for specific frequency ranges, and steel chimneys to BSS 4076.
Dove Thermal consults in noise and vibration, industrial aerodynamics and fan engineering.
